Terms of service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using Sharebox you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must use the service in compliance with applicable law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your email account, authentication session, connected wallets, transfer links, codes, and all activity performed through them. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected compromise.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of files and messages you submit. You grant Sumiro Studio a limited license to host, transmit, process, encrypt, decrypt at your direction, and delete that content solely to operate Sharebox. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

4. Prohibited use

• Malware, credential theft, exploitation, spam, harassment, or illegal surveillance.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, or unlawful violent content.
• Bypassing limits, probing infrastructure without authorization, reselling access, or interfering with other users.

5. Pricing and payments

Displayed pricing is calculated per started 100 MB unless a promotion or written agreement says otherwise. Taxes, blockchain fees, currency conversion, refunds, and payment finality may vary. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible.

6. Expiration and availability

Transfers may expire or be deleted according to the selected retention period, account status, policy enforcement, storage lifecycle, or legal requirements. Keep independent backups. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features.

7. Enforcement

We may block transfers, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or comply with law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Sharebox is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumiro Studio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
